Since I offer different services, rates vary. Please contact me for rate information for the service that you are interested in.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
- Do I need to pre-certify?
Cash, check and major credit cards accepted for payment. Payment is due at time services are rendered, or by contract. I will provide a receipt that can be submitted to insurance companies, or to corporate accounts.
All scheduled services are charged for. In order to cancel a therapy appointment you must contact me as soon as possible and discuss the reason. Sessions that are cancelled for emergency or major reasons (as agreed upon between you and me) will not be charged. If the reason is important, but not an emergency, then a make-up opportunity will be offered within the week of the previously scheduled appointment, and the original charge will stand, but you will be able to obtain your therapy session. Appointments that are cancelled due to a preference to do something else, will be charged for.
Cancellations for business consultation and EAP services will be addressed via contract.
